I am Andrew Smith and I had a surprising and exciting conversion to the Catholic Faith after having lived a religiously agnostic life, obedient to Murphy's "laws," as is not uncommon these days (especially in the fields of science and technology).
During my conversion, I read tons, both while still avoiding the Bible and then after having logically compelled myself into being a Christian. Although I hope to have my full conversion on the Internet one of these days, it should suffice to say that after being open to the Catholic Faith, I no longer needed to worry about Murphy's "laws" and found my sacrifices of preparation for the worst were no longer needed.
I also experienced an undeniable draw to the charitable and profound writings of the finer Catholic books. After many years of reading, I have found that there are many Catholic books I adore and highly recommend. I consider these real treasures and keep them in my library to lend. These pages will serve as a sort of library where readers can find some of these "high octane" books in one location to purchase them for themselves. Wherever possible, I am including reviews of each Catholic Book I post. I'm just starting this, but I hope to put all of my favorites on-line. Enjoy!
